[justify]the template is one of the easiest templates i've ever made. do not bitch about it it will take you thirty minutes or less, guaranteed, it took me ten.

please fill everything out and try to be detailed, however, don't write too much. i don't want to have to read one hundred paragraphs in each subject that really needs to be six or so sentences. that also doesn't mean you can write three words to each thing. some parts you can only write three words, but be creative.

DO NOT CHANGE THE APPLICATION IN ANY WAY unless you're adding colors, pictures, or blockquoting. you may not change or add any of the given things to fill out. notice how easy the template is to fill out. it should take no more than three days, in fact, it should take only one sitting to finish.
